Update on hardware for the experiments.

This picture is of the  new Variac that will allow a varied charge to go to the capacitors for the conditioning pulse. The Variac is rated at 4 Amps. I bought some heavy duty Capacitors today as well.

This picture is of the Variac from the top. The Varac is heavy and a a pretty decent size.

This picture is of the newly wound Resonant coil. The weight of the resonant coil is 5.4 Kg it is 1.4 gauge enameled wire with a resistance of 4.1 ohms.
