This Document is a must read to understand what is actually going on in Electromagnetic Induction. My Video below makes the Flux Cutting Law easier to understand.

Very interesting to note: "It is of significance to
note that Maxwell's formulation of Faraday's law, equation
15, does not include motional induction."

I would have thought this would have been done by Maxwell and experimentally checked? Maybe it was and was not put back in with Heavyside's re write of Maxwells work?
